Website Terms & Conditions
These are the Website Terms & Conditions for using zeylo.co.uk. They are separate from the Insurance Policy Terms (the policy wording) that apply to any policy you purchase. Where the two differ in relation to your cover, the Insurance Policy Terms take priority.

3. Getting a quote
A quote is an indication based on the information you provide and is not an offer of cover. Cover only begins once a policy has been purchased and confirmed.
4. Quote information
You must provide complete and accurate information about yourself, any driver and the vehicle. Prices are calculated from the details you enter.
If the information provided is incorrect, the price, eligibility or validity of any resulting policy may be affected.
5. Eligibility
Cover is subject to eligibility criteria relating to the driver, the vehicle and the intended use.
6. Purchasing a policy
When you purchase a policy, the cover, the vehicle, the driver and the cover period are as shown in your policy documents.
The scope of cover, exclusions and conditions are set out in the Insurance Policy Terms and not in this document.
7. Payment
Payment is taken at the point of purchase through our payment provider. Your policy is not in force until payment has been completed and confirmed.
8. Policy documents
Policy documents are provided digitally, in your account and by email, following successful purchase.
You should check your documents on receipt and tell us immediately if any detail is incorrect.
9. Policy start and end times
You choose whether cover starts immediately or at a future date and time. The end time is calculated from the start time and the duration selected.
Cover ends automatically at the end time shown in your documents. It does not renew automatically.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally entitled to drive the vehicle and that the details on your documents are correct.
You must tell us about any change that could affect your cover.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.

15. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Providing false or misleading information may result in a quote being withdrawn, a policy being cancelled or voided, a claim being refused, and the matter being reported to the relevant authorities and industry databases.
